Nate:  Wins 1st place if Patrick Holohan does not knock out opponent (*and possibly get bonus); guaranteed 2nd place.

Bill:  Can get 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.  If Patrick Holohan knocks out opponent and gets performance of night bonus, Bill will get 1st place.  If Holohan knocks out opponent in 1st round without bonus, Bill and Nate will tie for 1st place.  If Holohan has any other outcome (2nd or 3rd knockout without bonus, or decision), Bill will get 2nd.  If Holohan loses and Gaffney has two first round knockouts and one bonus, Bill will get 3rd.

Dave:  Guaranteed 3rd place, can get to second with help.
