I will be attending the Ryder Cup on Saturday 9/29, so we cannot have the Season 4 Draft that night.
So, The 9/29 UFC Event will go on Season 3, and there is one fight on Friday 10/5 that will also go on Season 3.
That means we are shooting for the Season 4 Draft on Saturday 10/13, before UFC 153.
