SEASON 2

I'm starting to get ready for the second season of our fantasy UFC. Obviously, we've learned a lot in this first season, and I want to make the necessary tweaks to make it the best it can be from here on out.

So, start thinking about what you like, what you don't like etc. I can't promise all your suggestions/demands will happen, but consider this kind of a brainstorming session.

One thing is for sure, we're going to keep the same roster format. The question is, do we have changes allowed at any time (with a limit)? Or do we do what we've been doing and change only if a fighter is cut from the UFC. Personally, I think we should be able to cut fighters at any time but have a limit that you can't go over for any reason. This way, people can't cut guys that lose and pick up fighters that are coming up for any old reason. But injuries happen, and there are disappointments, so tell me what you think.

I'm also open to MINOR scoring changes. Should we have points for fighters that headline an event? Should we have bonus points for Fight of the Night, Knockout of the night, and submission of the night? The UFC gives bonuses for these three categories.

Finally, I'm thinking about giving everyone the opportunity to keep one or two fighters. If everyone else agrees, there will be one stipulation...those fighters can NOT be a champion. That would put everyone on a level playing field with seven teams and only five champions.

Let me know what you guys think....email me if you don't want to respond to this post.
